Members of the Pine Bluff Festival Association Board of Directors contacted Dynasty in early 2006. Impressed by the Nucleus Riding Team website, they displayed interest in a website for their organization. Planning began in July, and the first design draft presented was accepted. Constant communication was maintained throughout development, and the website was completed and released in late September, just in time for their "Memorial Star Campaign."
