Beacon of Hope Ministries is located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Frank DiBartolo started Beacon as a Bible Study group, and, over time, it has evolved into a full church. As pastor and teacher, Frank has always sought opportunity for ministry growth. The church building was expanded. And, ever since the beginning, he had expressed his desire for a website, but knew nothing of how to go about getting one. So, a friend and fellow-biker, Chuck Cunningham, enlisted Dynasty to design and develop a full website for Beacon of Hope. The website was completed and presented to Frank in February of 2007.
